     Marie Jeanne Arceneaux was born circa 1768 at St. James Parish, Louisiana.2 She was the daughter of Pierre Arceneaux and Marie Anne Bergeron.1 She married Jean Guilbeaux, son of Joseph Guilbeaux and Madeleine Michel, on 25 May 1788 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.2,3 She was listed as a daughter in the succession of Pierre Arceneaux in 1793 at St. Martin Parish Courthouse, 400 S Main Street, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.4 She died before 28 May 1821.5
