     Marie Angela Fostin was born circa 1775.2 Marie Angela Fostin was also known as Marie Angelle Faustin.2 She was the daughter of Jacques Fostin and Francoise Trahan.1 She married Auguste Trahan circa 1795.2 She became a widow upon the death of her husband, Auguste Trahan, before 30 June 1802.1,2 She married Francois Labauve, son of Jean Baptiste Labauve and Francoise Broussard, on 30 June 1802 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.1,3 She was the godmother of Marguerite Landry baptized on 3 June 1810 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.4 She became a widow upon the death of her husband, Francois Labauve, before 24 April 1835 at Lafayette, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.5 She was listed as the wife in the succession of Francois Labauve on 24 April 1835 at Lafayette Parish Courthouse, Lafayette, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.5 She died on 16 September 1840 at Lafayette, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.6
