.1,2 He was the son of Joseph Broussard and Anne Braud.1,2 He was baptized on 27 February 1785 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, at age 2 months.1 He married Louise Bonin circa 1806.2 He was the godfather of Marie Josette Patin baptized on 9 August 1810 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.3 He became a widower upon the death of his wife, Louise Bonin, before 10 September 1821.2 He married Seraphine Guilbeaux, daughter of Francois Guilbeaux and Magdeleine Broussard, on 10 September 1821.2 He died before 1 December 1835.4
