     Cordelia Cooley was born circa 1857 at Tennessee.1,2 She was the daughter of Francis Cooley Jr. and Francis (?)2,1 She appeared as a granddaughter on the census of 11 July 1860 in the household of Francis Cooley and Elizabeth Cooley at District 7, Weakley County, Tennessee.1 She appeared on the census of 11 July 1870 in the household of J. L. Peery at District 6, Weakley County, Tennessee.2
