Louis Valiere LeBlanc was born circa 1797 at St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.1 He was the son of Charles LeBlanc and Marie Grange.1 He married Marie Felonise Royer, daughter of Augustin Royer and Marie Victoire Cormier, on 28 October 1818 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.1
