Fruge', both of Lake Charles, and Cecil Farrell 'Benny' Fruge' of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Reba Darce of Lake Charles and Patricia Ortego of Basile; one brother, Elden M. Fontenot of Houston; three sisters, Ellie Lee of Houston, Thelmae Bell of Keota, Iowa, and Belle Cowart of Albany; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She was buried on 1 December 1999 at St. Augustine Cemetery, Evangeline Parish, Louisiana.
