He was pronounced DOA at 11:55 am when he arrived at Orange Memorial Hospital, 608 Strickland Drive, Orange, Orange County, Texas, at age 45 years, 1 month and 18 days.3,1 He was buried on 12 June 1968 at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Meeks Drive, Orange, Orange County, Texas.3,1
