     Silas Adam Sheek was born on 23 January 1854.1 He was the son of Adam Sheek and Charlotte Collier.1 He appeared on the census of 7 July 1860 in the household of Adam Sheek and Charlotte Sheek at Precinct 4, Palo Pinto County, Texas.2 He married Martha E. (?) circa 1876.3 He died on 23 November 1941 at age 87 years and 10 months.1 He was buried at Exray Cemetery, Huckabay, Erath County, Texas.1
