     Ursin Hebert was born on 22 February 1792 at St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.2,1 He was the son of Jean Charles Hebert and Magdeleine Robicheau.1 He married Marie Marguerite Richard, daughter of Pierre Richard and Marie Josephe Dugas, on 12 June 1810 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.1
